Marilyn K. Bloise, age 82, of Moundsville, WV, formerly of Painted Post, NY, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at home.
Marilyn was born April 1, 1939 in Fountain Hill, AR. She is the daughter of Thomas and Shirley (Pippen) Green. She married Lewis Bloise on December 12, 1991 in Painted Post, NY.
She was retired from Corning Inc., Corning, NY; a member of Simpson United Methodist Church, where she attended Monday Night Bible Study Group; loved gardening and flowers; and volunteered at House of Carpenter, II.
She is survived by her husband, Lewis A. Bloise; daughters: Tammy Richmond of Moundsville, Kelly (Vin) Pinkston of Evans, GA, and Heather (Dan) Blatt of Moundsville; sister, Deborah (Alan) Frink of Perth, Australia; grandchildren: Megan Richmond, Caleb Richmond, Blake (Ashley) Pinkston, Ross (Samantha) Pinkston, Bailey Pinkston, Alexa (Dr. Tyler Myers) Blatt, Quentin (Grace Westfall) Blatt, and Connor Blatt; great-grandchildren: Logan Richmond, Oliver Pinkston, Sophia Pinkston, Nathaniel Pinkston, and Cambria Pinkston; and nieces and nephews: Jimmy Scott, Suzanne Scott, Katie Scott, and Tracy Frink.
She is predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Shirley Green; twin daughters, Tommi Lee and Terri Lynn Davis; and sister, Patricia Scott.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, October 9th from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Haughey Funeral Home, Inc., 216 E. First Street in Corning, with funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery Annex in Corning.
