After a long battle with cancer, retired SFC Wayne Lee McMillan went to be with the Lord on June 10, 2012. Wayne is preceded in death by his father, John McMillan and brother, Floyd Mattox.\n\n\n\n\nWayne is survived by his wife Donna McMillan of Killeen, TX; sons, Michael (Danielle) McMillan of Mansfield, PA, Wayne McMillan Jr. of Killeen, TX, Keanan Tjelmeland of Chandler, AZ, Brandon McMillan of Copperas Cove, TX, Arnold Washington of Austin, TX; daughter, Nicole Smith of Shaw AFB, SC; grandchildren, Izaiah, Lukas, and Laila McMillan of Mansfield, PA.\n\n\n\n\nHe is also survived by his mother, Mattie Mattox; his brothers, James, Willey, Herman, Mark (Maryann) McMillan; sisters, Shirley, Janet, Elecia (Carlton), Johna (Pete), Theresa, all of New York; many nieces and nephews.\n\n\n\n\nWayne was an N.C.O. in the United States Army, and retired after 21 years of service with the classification of Sergeant First Class. He loved playing poker, throwing darts and spending time with his family. Wayne also was a rabid football fan as long as his beloved Dallas Cowboys were playing.\n\n\n\n\nThe McMillan's will receive friends at the Corning Elk Lodge on Saturday, July 21, 2012 from 2 until 6 PM.
