Timothy Sebastian Morehouse, age 26, of Corning, died unexpectedly Wednesday, October 5, 2016. Tim was born April 6, 1990 in Elmira to Steven and Mary-Ann (Fazzari) Morehouse. He graduated from Corning Painted Post East High School and Corning Community College. He was most recently attending Alfred State College in pursuit of a Bachelor of Technology degree in information technology: network administration. He was employed by Southern Tier PC in Corning as a computer repair technician. Tim enjoyed a variety of sports including baseball, bowling, skiing and working out at the gym. He was recently introduced to fishing and discovered a hidden passion. He spent many summers as a boy with his family in Michigan visiting his grandparents and enjoying lake activities with his many cousins. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His sense of humor, his laugh and infectious smile will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his parents Steven and Mary-Ann Morehouse of Corning; sister, Madeleine (Shawn) Southard of Corning, NY; brother, Gregory Morehouse of Syracuse, NY; grandmother, Ann Morehouse of Ann Arbor, MI; aunts and uncles; James (Tina) Fazzari of Corning, NY, Mike (Peggy) Morehouse of Ann Arbor, MI, Mark (Lynn) Morehouse of Rochester Hills, MI, Joe (Carol) Morehouse of Dexter, MI, and Sandra (Ron) Westbrook of Denver, CO; many cousins including Jimmy Fazzari, Vincent Fazzari, Christopher Morehouse, Katie (Morehouse) Baldwin, Erin (Morehouse) Chambers, Kevin Morehouse, Sean Westbrook, Kelly (Westbrook) Schmalstich, Joe Morehouse, Megan (Morehouse) Walter, Laura (Morehouse) Sinbine, Kristy Morehouse, Danny Morehouse, Matt Morehouse, Dave Morehouse and Andy Morehouse. Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 10th from 3-6 PM at Haughey Funeral Home, Inc., 216 E. First Street in Corning. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 11th at St. Joseph The Carpenter Church, 8505 Main Street in Campbell with Father Patrick Connor officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Corning. Timothy's family entrusted his care to Haughey Funeral Home, Inc.
