Susan Montopoli

Susan K. Montopoli, age 76, of Painted Post, NY, passed away on May 14, 2022 in Rochester, NY.

She was born July 24, 1945 in Corning, NY, the daughter of Carl Janowsky and Celia Estene McCurdy.

She graduated from Painted Post High School in 1963 and Harper Method Beauty School in 1964. She received a Certificate of Business from Rochester Business Institute in 1964.

Sue started her career at Kenn's Hair Fashions in 1964 where she worked for 10 years. She then took a few years off to raise her children, returning to work at Turn of the Century. Sue retired from Robert's Hair Stylists after 30 years in 2016.

She is survived by her son, Mark (Melissa) Montopoli; daughter, Christine (Scott) Snell; and several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends and family are invited to a graveside service at 11am on Monday, May 23, 2022 at the Chapel Knoll Cemetery, 508 Victory Highway in Painted Post, NY.
