Born on June 4, 1928, in Corning, New York, Phyllis embraced the world with her radiant spirit and infectious laughter. She was a beloved figure in her hometown, a woman whose vivacity and zest for life left an indelible mark on all those fortunate enough to cross her path. Phyllis, with her warmth and generosity, made everyone feel seen, heard, and loved.\n\nPhyllis had a passion for baking and loved serving her community for many years while workind and retiring from Chrystal City Bakery. Phyllis was a steadfast mentor, a trusted confidante, and a true friend. She was never married, choosing to devote her life to her work and her community. Her life was a testament to the words of Albert Einstein: "Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile."\n\nPhyllis Narde was a beacon of light in her community, a woman who lived life on her own terms and left her mark on the world.
