Pauline E. Thompson

Pauline E. Thompson, age 85, of Campbell, NY died Monday, December 19, 2016 at Absolut Care At Three Rivers in Painted Post, NY. Pauline was born on December 2, 1931 in Painted Post to Clayton and Mildred (Trask) Baird. She married Richard G. Thompson on December 9, 1949 in Thurston and was predeceased by him in 2009. Pauline was a nurse and had worked for Corning Medical and Surgical Associates. She was an avid quilter and loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her three sons, Richard (Denice) Thompson of Campbell, David (Roxanne) Thompson of Savona, and Gregory (Cindy) Thompson of Campbell; brother, Jerry (Betty) Baird of Painted Post; grandsons, Michael, Ryan, Dennis, Shane, Trevor, and Bradley; great-grandchildren, Nathan, Madison, Brooklyn Rae, Colton, Clay, Carson, and Braiylee; several nieces and nephews. Pauline was predeceased by her brother Clayton Baird. At Pauline's request, funeral services will be held privately at Haughey Funeral Home, Inc., 216 E. First Street in Corning. Burial will be in Coopers Plains Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in her name to charity of your choice. Pauline's family entrusted he care to Haughey Funeral Home, Inc.
