Margaret I. "Peggy" Hankinson Obituary (1956 - 2014)

Margaret I. Hankinson, age 58, of Painted Post, NY died Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Elmira, NY. Peggy was born July 26, 1956 in Corning to Thomas and Helen (Ellsworth) Hankinson. She had worked for Mac's Cab and Sorge's Restaurant. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, and a nephew. She is survived two brothers, Larry Hankinson of Painted Post and William Hankinson of Penn Yan; nieces and nephews, Jessica, Teri, Corey, and Gary; several great nieces and nephews. Burial will be at Hope Cemetery in Corning. Peggy's family entrusted her care to Haughey Funeral Home, Inc.
