Lowell Nobles Obituary (1942 - 2024) - Painted Post, New York

Lowell W. "Jim" Nobles, age 81, of Painted Post, NY, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. He was born on December 13, 1942, in Wellsboro, PA to Loren and Doris (Colony) Nobles. Jim is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He was employed as a machine mechanic for Dresser-Rand and was a body mechanic in his spare time. He was an avid sports fan and found joy in being a referee for small fry football and little league baseball. Jim also enjoyed fishing, playing baseball, golf, and spending time with his friends and family. He also loved animals. Jim is survived by his wife, Valerie Nobles; daughter, Kristie (Thomas) Brady; son, Albert Siska; three grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Jeanne LaDieu. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by his brothers, Harry, George, and Andy Nobles and sister, Lorraine Clark. At Jim's request, there will be no services.
