Kathleen Biller

Kathleen L. Biller, 66, of Painted Post, NY, was called to Heaven on June 24, 2022, at The Mount Sinai Hospital on Madison Ave. in Manhattan, NY with her husband by her side.

Kathleen was born on November 9, 1955, in Johnson City, NY and was the daughter of Edward and Alyce (Wilber) Pratt.

On June 20, 1975, Kathleen married Michael Biller in Kirkwood, NY.

Kathleen worked for Wegmans in Corning, being one of the first hires when the store first opened.

“Grammy” was a fun-spirited, loving, and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed boating on Keuka Lake, spending time with her grandchildren, bird watching, NASCAR, and was an avid animal lover.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, Michael, of 47 years; daughter, Lorrie (David); son, Michael (Elizabeth); mother, Alyce Pratt, of Hallstead, PA; grandchildren: Kayla, Kelly (Andrew), and Jesse, Sidney and Lucaus; sister, Barbara (Jeff) Pierce; brothers, Bob (Sharon) and David Pratt; sister-in-law Linda (Neil), brother-in-law, Tom; nieces and nephews: Megan (Mike), Abby (Cody), Christina (Kevin), Chris (Niki); great-nieces and nephews: Natalie, Jack, Savannah, Jillian, Caleb, and the most recent member of the family, Dahlia.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Pratt, brother Raymond, father and mother-in-law, Joseph and Ann Biller, and sister-in-law, Jackie.

There will be a public visitation for friends and family on Thursday, July 7, 2022, from 2-4PM with a memorial service to follow at Haughey Funeral Home, Inc, 216 E. First St., Corning, NY, 14830.

There will be a gathering following the Memorial Service at The Center, 400 Park Ave., Corning, NY beginning at 5pm to share the life and free spirit of Kathleen.
