Forrest Woodward Roland, III, age 68, of Campbell, NY died Friday, July 8, 2016 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. \n\n\nForrest was born on March 24, 1948 in Corning to Forrest and Doris (Mourhess) Roland, II. He was a graduate of East High School (1967) and had worked in many positions at Corning Incorporated and retired in 2002 as a supervisor in trades. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his buddies, making sauerkraut, and spoiling his cat Mario. He was a member of the Campbell American Legion and the Corning Moose.\n\n\nHe is survived by his loving wife Vicky; two sisters, Paula (Sam) Gullo of Painted Post and Susan (Donald) Levantovich of Painted Post; brother, Dean (Deborah) Roland of Baltimore, MD; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; his fishing buddies, Mort, John, Danny, and Dennis. \n\n\nCalling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 13th from 1 - 3 PM at Haughey Funeral Home, Inc., 216 E. First Street in Corning where funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM. Burial will be in Chapel Knoll Cemetery in Painted Post, NY\n\n\nIn lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Lung Association 1595 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14620.\n\n\nForrest's family entrusted his care to Haughey Funeral Home, Inc.
