Deloris Evana Cisco Obituary (1930 - 2014)

Deloris Evana Cisco, age 84, of Painted Post, NY died Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Absolut Care at Three Rivers in Painted Post, NY. Born May 18, 1930 in Curtin, PA she was the daughter of Ordo and Leuettea (Lehman) Cisco, and was preceded in death by them and her step father, Jesse Hammond, Sr. She worked as a nurse's aide at Founders Pavilion and Corning Fiber Box. Deloris was a very kind hearted soul. She loved good conversation, and shared her interests with so many friends. She enjoyed gardening and singing in church. She was loved by many and will be missed. She is survived by her sister, Sylvia (Leon) Horton of Homestead, FL; brother, Jesse (Lois) Hammond of Pittsburgh, PA; daughter-in-law, Anna Oakley of Lindley, NY; three grandchildren, Shawn Oakley, Shane Oakley, and Nikki Oakley; two great grandsons; several nieces and nephews. Deloris was predeceased by her grandson, Shannon Oakley; son, Robin Oakley; and a sister, Wilma Belcher. Services will be held at the convenience of the family at Haughey Funeral Home, Inc.
