Brian S. Smith, age 63, of Painted Post, NY, formerly of Old Forge, NY passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Valley View Manor in Norwich, NY. Brian was born September 10, 1957 in Corning to Paul and Thelma (Cash) Smith. He married Vickie L. (Downey) Smith on September 14, 1996. He worked for Heroux Construction Co. Inc. in Old Forge for many years. He is survived by his wife, Vickie L. (Downey) Smith; two daughters: Aimee Haring and Danielle (Jason) Oldroyd; grandchildren: Carson, Madelyn, Camdyn, Kylie, Hayle, and Clara; one sister and two brothers. Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. Brian's family entrusted his care to Haughey Funeral Home, Inc.
