Ann K. Jamison, age 97, of Corning, died Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Absolut Care at Three Rivers in Painted Post, NY.\n\n\nAnn was born on January 26, 1917 in Corning to Anthony and Katherine (Kostick) Kessler. She attended St. Patrick's School and Corning Free Academy. She married George H. Jamison on July 16, 1965 in Corning. She retired from Corning Glass Works in 1981 as a quality control inspector and received her 75 year pin from Corning in 2011. \n\n\nShe is survived by her husband George; daughter-in-law, Sharon Hickey of Corning; two grandchildren, Steven (Jennifer) Hickey and Tina (Tyrone) Smith all of Corning; great grandchildren, Keanna, Aliyah, Dominic, and Ariana; nieces and nephews, Ann Marie (Earl) Whitney, William (Sheila) Spack, Robert Havens, Thomas (Teresa) Havens, Peggy Bowers, John (Mary) Kessler, Jr.; many great nieces and nephews.\n\n\nAnn was predeceased by her son Lawrence Hickey; and by two sisters, Mary and Pauline; and a brother, John.\n\n\nA Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday February 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 222 Dodge Avenue in Corning. Burial will be in St. Mary's Orthodox Cemetery in Corning.\n\n\nMemorial donations may be made to All Saints Parish, 222 Dodge Avenue, Corning, NY 14830 or to a charity of your choice.\n\n\nAnn's family has entrusted her care to Haughey Funeral Home, Inc.
