Andrew C. Dominick, Sr., 95 of Campbell, NY passed away on May 31, 2019 in Sebring, FL.\n\nAndrew was born February 20, 1924 in Brookeville, PA to the late James and Katherine (Malone) Dominick. Andrew, "Andy" resided in Addison and Corning and wintered in FL.\n\nAndy went into the Army during WWII and was discharged as Staff Sargent. He retired from Corning Glass Works with over 40 years of employment as a skilled glass worker. Also, he was an officer of American Flint Glass Workers Union, life member of American Legion Post #1279 and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Andy was an avid golfer and bowler and a life-long New York Yankees fan. \n\nHe was preceded in death by wife, Rose Prisella Dominick; three brothers, Joseph, Louis and James; two sisters, Genevieve Griffin and Lucille Royer. \n\nHe is survived by son, Andrew C. Dominick, Jr. (Bonnie), Painted Post. Grandchildren include Darrick Dominick (Laurie), Bath NY, Jason Dominick (Marnie), Mansfield, PA and Heather Swarthout (Micah), Bath NY. Step-grandchildren include Kyle Anderson (Robin), Larksville, PA and Nolan Anderson (Aidy), Abington, PA; and eight great grandchildren. He is survived by his loving companion of 36 years, Janice Jamison Cole. Janice's children are Debora McGarvey (David), Susan (Kevin) Newman, Timothy (Alicia) Cole and Kelly (Greg) Cole-Carey. Grandchildren include Lacey, Jennifer, Brenna, Audra, Donielle, Amber, and three great grandchildren. \n\nGraveside services with military honors will be held on Monday, July 1, 2019, 11:00 A.M. at Bath National Cemetery, Bath, NY. Memorial donations may be made to your local Alzheimer's Charity.\n\nAndy's family entrusted his care to Haughey Funeral Home, Inc. in Corning.
